I had an amazing experience at the SLS hotel. From when you step in the staff were amazing. David the door man with his bright smile welcomed us and made us feel at home. He was so amazing this entire trip catered to our needs however big or small. Always vibrant and full of good energy he was totally amazing. His colleague Marc was also as brilliant taking his time to take us on a tour around the hotel. Brandon the receptionist was amazing helping me make my Mrs birthday special. The staff in general showed a high standard of customer service and not a lot of places I travel to have shown we this level of customer service. The hotel rooms are clean and cleaning staff pay attention to their work. Bar staff downstairs always their to help and very friendly. I would defiantly go back to SLS Barcelona !! Great for value and great for customer service. I have not experience this type of service in a long time and they are a step above a lot of the competition.

Location was not good and too far and not worth it cause I ended up paying a lot on taxis. The hotel is good but nothing special, I would stay in central in a lesser hotel and not be that far here. there few things inconsistent, I didn’t get my room clean till almost 3:30 pm. NO bathrobe for a 5 star, I had to call in for one.. pool was not open. You had to pretty much take a taxi if you want to go get anything..

Very beautiful hotel and room, very comfy bed, has all the amenities including steamer for clothes and slippers, balcony, very good TV. Staff super friendly and responsive. 15-20min walking distance to clean sandy beaches.

Breakfast great, location as ok, near the beach but not much else around there area from what I could see

The hotel will be lovely. Really good decor and staff are great. Some facilities not available hence the marking.
